Saddle Ridge, or Derby Ridge Lane as it is known to most, is a small enclave of urban styled townhouse condominiums located in Silver Spring, Maryland, where Chevy Chase, Silver Spring & Washington D.C. come together.

The forty nine townhomes encompassing the neighborhood were built in the mid 1980s and all contain three finished levels including a basement. The main difference with the homes besides their front facades are the number of bathrooms and fireplaces. Although the homes all contain two bedrooms on the upper level, some homes feature two bathrooms upstairs, while others feature one upper level bathroom with a dressing area for the master. Some homes feature as many as two fireplaces, while others have none. In 2006, the price range for homes sold in Saddle Ridge was from $417,000 to $455,900.
