Tommy has a passion for investing and loves the art of the deal. Real Estate is not only his first choice among investment vehicles, but also a lifelong passion as well. Tommy's father is a general contractor with over 40 years of experience, and working with his father growing up he's had his hands in just about everything from custom flooring and cabinetry to laying insulation and hanging drywall. Hands on experience, combined with his education and finance background as a Financial Management and Budget Analyst in the U.S. Marine Corps, is of particular value to investors looking to "fix and flip" but can certainly prove valuable to anyone looking to purchase a home. Although he enjoyed traveling the world and serving his country, after 5 years of service he made his way to D.C. to invest in his greatest asset of all, his education. With a B.S. in Information Technology Management with a focus in Computer and Network Security and graduate work in Systems Engineering at The George Washington University under his belt, Tommy is now in pursuit of an MBA. His experience living all over the world and knowledge gained having been an employee at firms the likes of Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman, combined with his diverse educational pedigree equip him with the base of knowledge and experience that allows his clients to feel at ease knowing that they are in good hands. Tommy lives in Southeast DC's quickly growing Capitol Riverfront neighborhood, a few blocks from Nationals' Stadium. In addition to investing, he enjoys working out, reading, dining out and visiting the many fine wineries that Northern Virginia has to offer. |
